Right guys i need to get this up. I owe you all an apology because i havent been active enough over the past few weeks and when i have been i havent been doing enough work. Currently i have either Bronchitis or Asthma (getting Asthma at 26 yeah w.e. LOL) and have had problems breathing etc but i have medication now so all is on the mend. So cutting out the bs straight to the point. Almost all the teams have changed in one way or another be it in line up or moving on to other organisations.
Firstly we have said Goodbye to Rasta. They were approached by Envision with a possible deal for in the future and decided it would be in their interests to capitalise on the opportunity. The lineup was Biggie, Spii, Codec, Acky, JonnyW and we wish them all the best in the future Was fun while it lasted lads! <3 Possibilities of a new team coming in here though but i dont think that will be till after LAN. Watch this space!
Secondly Rasta.rwp is no more. With Serp having exams and Fumo having his PC "removed" lol the remaining few players decided to pursue other avenues (Lukey actually got a girlfriend hahaha - still not sure if i believe it!). We did try and redo the lineup but the right players and commitment wasnt available so we are going to suspend this team for the meantime. We do have something lined up for their place but it will be a case of waiting another week or two before i have any news on that front.
Thirdly Rasta|| i believe have had some slight changes also. We say goodbye to ZooL and Cr@zy who have moved to different teams respectively. ZooL with #Rippin i believe and Cr@zy to GLG. The new Lineup looks something like this Firing Blanks, Subaru, Worzal, Steve, Marc and Chris with some of the old faces still on the roster. I would like to welcome the new members (Steve you cracked me up the other day) and i look forward to see what you guys produce.
Fourthly Rasta! Well where to begin? LOL. Many changes here in that Skiddy, Chaos and Fudzx went their seperate ways leaving Revv and Smurfeh to reform the team. The new team name is Rasta? and the lads have picked up Log1k, Kingpin, Ranger and Krs to make a set 5 with Revv and Smurfeh as the 6th (due to activity etc). Attending i37 they look good to put in a good performance and they have another 6 weeks to train yet. Looking good boys.
Fifthly Rasta*. Not a huge amount of changes to these lads. Solid as always and moving forward well as a team. The lads have picked up Undead into their ranks who has proven to be a wonderful asset so far to Rasta Gaming as a whole. These lads are also attending i37 (travelling from Europe to come see us) after a short spell away and man am i looking forward to seeing these boys again. Keep up the solid work lads and goddamn i love Killing Floor!
Sixthly i introduce to you guys iRasta! We have a new Youth Squad essentially Lead by ThaCarrier and aided by Ross they are currently looking at some new young players as we speak and will be unveiling their 5 man roster very shortly. If you see these guys about in vent be sure to say hi as they are really excited to be a part of the community and love to play CSS! Lots of promise here so i cant wait to see how the lads do.
Seventhly #Rasta-Gaming. LOL well where to begin with our lineup. Well after LAN the team has gone through some drastic changes with some old faces returning, then leaving, then returning, then leaving again LOLz! There are lots of things in the pipeline here and with another week to wait until exams are over, Arky is back from holiday, Rassmus has his net back the team is remaining dormant for just a little while longer. We do however say welcome to Dude Smorhar! A new addition to the team and another sick Dane to boot. The lineup looking currently like Arky, Dude, Rassmus and 2 secret hitmen waiting to be revealed. Major things to come from these boys though.
Eighthly haha we unveil Rasta.Infidelis. You know most of these boys here and what they do but they deserve their own introduction. Being headed up by Arcail and Marvin Rasta Infidelis are a team of old pals takin a step back from keen css n just chilling. The lineup contains some familiar faces and one new one
Arcail, Marvin, Joe, Mo and Nick. Some members are unable to attend i37 so r.infidelis wont be attending as a team but a portion of the team will more then likely be present and willing to hop into mix teams where needed. currently competing in theSGL, ESL, ED, and possibly eas w00t!
Moving swiftly over to Rasta Gaming WoW. We say goodbye to a large part of what has been Rasta Gaming in the realms of Warcraft. Sammo has decided that its time for a change and to turn things more serious. The lads proved they could quite easily rank with the best on the server progression wise but that isnt what the guys wanted overall. Sammo has said goodbye to a large number of the players but has said Hello to the Tournament side of WoW. Competing in the 3 v 3 PvP tournaments Sammo, Sharok and Jonizo will be the main 3 representing us at this time. there are other players but i will let Sammo divulge the information there as WoW is his scene not mine haha. Right i better tie this up here as there is quite a lot of info and changes there lol and if i have missed any new updates i will post them shortly as this post has taken a LOOONG time to write. The BNCs are being done now, the website is very nearly finished with some major changes taking place as we speak so expect some major changes very soon.
Final Note - Get Killing Floor haha its a sick game and endless fun with it combing the best part from CoD4, L4D and tf2 in one epic 14.99 package off steam. Go get yours now as we have all started to get it!
